The study aims to describe the characteristics of the managers of large organizations, social deviance and individual drivers. Managers' decisions leading to harmful consequences should be prevented by the exclusion of possibilities. This is all the more necessary because of the second modernity has created an environment in which people are often unable to recognize the unintended consequences of the decision. The choices are usually characterized by a limited rationality. People affected by the bad decisions of consequences of damages suffered have spoken differently in different parts of the world. In this values and possibilities of interests determined by the culture play a decisive role.

The cut-off criteria of deviance, crime and criminal definition helps the understanding the system of macrocriminality. This is partly due to labeling approach, partly organizing the content elements of danger to society can be achieved. Macrocriminology urgent task of cultivating new deviancies of the global world and for support of modern criminal legislation.

 The white-collar crime as a phenomenon is not new. There were accepted significant changes in the concept and content over the centuries, and especially during decades after mid-century in the 20th. As a result of globalization has become part of the assessment in the economic and political elite, the influence of the evaluation, which characterize the relationship between the elite and the managers of large organizations. Often arise in the course of these investigations as a matter to be considered under the criteria of the normal, deviant or criminal activities of managers. The international literature is relatively easy to take a position of deviances which can be classified as organized crime. Clarifying deviance undertaken by managers of multinational corporations in relation to the moral and/or the legal liability is often controversial.
